The registration is automatically populating for Sunday through Tuesday. The conference opens on Monday, August 30, and closes Wednesday, September 1 with golf.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I sign up to be a vendor, do I still need to register myself?
Yes. In order to attend the conference, you need to register yourself as well (Individual Registration for $400). The Vendor Reg is just for the table and the space at the conference.
Where do the vendors unload their table tops? Is there a door nearby for that?
Booths should be unloaded outside the Presidential Wing at the “Kiss and Drop”. This is live parking and a fire lane area and cars cannot be left unattended during this time. Booths can be dropped off and taken inside the building after your vehicle is parked.
Will the Omni Mount Washington Resort sell out?
What a good thing to happen in our favor! The Mount Washington has plenty of rooms available. But we cannot guarantee that you will get a room or the same rate if you reserve after rooms are released. We encourage you to make your reservations earlier rather than later.
Can I ship my vendor set up to the Omni Mount Washington ahead of time?
Advance shipments of display items & materials may arrive no more than one week prior to the event. Shipments arriving earlier will be charged a hold fee.
All Vendors are responsible for shipping back their items at the conclusion of the event please make sure you have prepaid return labels.
